Welcome to Andean Hands Spa. By booking a treatment or using our website, you agree to the following terms. These rules ensure that all our guests—many of whom have just completed long journeys through the Andes—experience the peace and restoration they deserve.

1. Appointments & Punctuality

To ensure you receive the full benefits of your treatment, we recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide the full service; however, if we have another booking immediately after, your treatment may be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest. The full price of the service will still apply.
• Train Schedules: We understand that trains to Aguas Calientes can occasionally be delayed. If you are running late due to transport, please message us via WhatsApp as soon as possible so we can try to adjust your slot.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We are a boutique spa with limited treatment rooms. When you book, we reserve that time and therapist exclusively for you.

• 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• No-Shows: Guests who fail to show up for their appointment without notice may be charged the full amount of the service or lose their booking deposit.

3. Health & High Altitude Considerations

Massages increase circulation and can affect how your body handles altitude. Please inform your therapist if:

• You are feeling symptoms of soroche (altitude sickness).
• You have severe sunburn from your trek.
• You have any injuries, recent surgeries, or are pregnant.
• You have cardiovascular issues or high blood pressure.

4. Guest Conduct

Andean Hands Spa is a sanctuary of silence and relaxation. We kindly ask that you:

• Switch your mobile phone to silent mode upon entry.
• Keep conversations at a low volume.
• Respect the peaceful environment for other guests who are recovering from their treks.

5. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and/or Peruvian Soles (PEN). We accept major credit cards and cash. If you are using our online booking system, your payment is processed securely via our third-party provider.

6. Right of Refusal

For the safety of our staff and guests, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who behaves in an inappropriate or disrespectful manner toward our therapists.

7. Limitation of Liability

While our therapists are highly trained professionals, Andean Hands Spa is not liable for any personal property lost or damaged on the premises, or for any health complications that arise if a guest fails to disclose pre-existing medical conditions or altitude-related illness.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of the courts of Cusco.
